First, washing your hands constantly and keeping an overall good hygiene is the best possible defense against harmful bacteria. Furthermore, if you have a wound in the skin, keeping it properly covered up and safe is extremely important because not only it allows for it to heal properly, it also prevents you from developing a dangerous infection.

When a staph infection is starting to develop,  normally the very first thing that you will notice is that some pore of your skin becomes infected. This is because the bacteria S. aureus has penetrated the skin and it is causing infections and noticeable redness.

A Staph infection also manifests in the form of blisters that ooze and then leave crusts in the dermis. Another of the symptoms of this disease are swellings on the skin, so that the affected area is completely red with tendencies to darken, and with a painful sensation. Yet another symptom is the appearance of cellulite in a progressive and aggressive manner.  If you notice these symptoms, it is advisable that you visit the doctor’s office right away as this condition is best to treat it before it gets deeper in your system.
