This is device is much better than a heart-to-heart conversation between doctor and patient; the patient may or may not lie to you, but this blood pressure monitor will not.

This blood pressure monitoring unit provides an accurate reading simply with the push of a single button. It notifies you if an irregular heartbeat is detected during monitoring. The digital display is large and easy to read. The cuff comfortably accommodates arms from 9 to 17 inches in circumference.


Arguably the only downside to the 3 Series Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor is that it does not include the 4 AA batteries that the device operates on. Fret not, though; batteries for this unit can be bought separately.


·         Store the unit and its components in a clean and safe location.

·         Do not clean with abrasive or volatile cleaners.

·         Do not was the unit or immerse it in water.

·         Do not clean it with gasoline, thinners, or similar solvents.

·         Clean the monitor and arm cuff with a soft, dry cloth, or with a soft, moistened cloth and neutral soap.

·         Unplug the air plug from the pack and gently fold the air tube into the arm cuff to store.






Air plug disconnected.

Insert plug securely.

Arm cuff applied loosely.

Apply cuff tighter.

Air is leaking from the cuff.

Replace cuff with a new one.




Movement during measurement and the cuff has not been properly inflated.

Repeat measurement. Have the patient remain still and silent.

If E2 appears repeatedly, inflate the cuff manually until it is 30-40 mmHg above previous measurement.


Cuff was inflated exceeding the max. allowable pressure, and then deflated automatically when inflating the cuff manually.

Don’t touch the cuff or bend the air tube when taking a measurement. Do not inflate the cuff more than necessary.


Movement during measurement.

Repeat measurement. Have the patient remain still and silent.


Clothing interferes with the cuff.

Remove any piece of clothing that interferes with the cuff.
